TL;DR
Sponsorship and Lead Generation:
During the Premier Padel tournament in Madrid, Weebora successfully managed an on-site sponsorship activity.

With the support of two hostesses, we gathered over 2,000 leads through a contest offering participants the chance to win tickets to the final experience in Barcelona, including a clinic and access to the finals. The contest winner was Malory Thomas.

Activation Clinics:
During the event, two clinic sessions were organized in collaboration with the Paquito Navarro Academy and CEPAC, providing customers with a hands-on experience through morning training sessions and access to tournament matches in the afternoon.
Strategic Meetings and Partnerships:
Weebora held strategic meetings with key stakeholders to drive brand partnerships and market expansion:
New Academies:
Weebora has added Sevilla Padel Experience and Gustavo Pratto Academy to its catalog, further expanding the training offer for users.
Expansion in Asia:
With the support of Julien Bercovici, a Weebora collaborator with extensive experience in sports academies, we are working on bringing padel experiences to Japan, Dubai, Philippines, Marocco thus expanding the brand’s global reach.
Purchase Process Optimization:
The development team is focusing on a complete review of the purchase process, introducing features like "book now, pay later." This project will be completed by mid-November.

User Authentication and Profiling:
A new user authentication and profiling section will soon be launched, utilizing gamification elements to collect insights on users' travel and padel preferences.
