2. Partnership Developments
- Fitur Travel Exposition (Madrid): Our first travel fair participation marked the beginning of collaborations with destinations, regional companies, agencies, and suppliers. Key meetings included:
- A1 Padel President: Discussed a travel partner agreement similar to our Premier Padel partnership.
- Qatar Airways & Visit Qatar: Initiated discussions on potential partnerships.
- Regional Destinations: Engaged with Andalusia, City of Madrid, Barcelona, Mexico, and others to explore opportunities for promoting padel travel.
- MejorSet: Met with the CEO and sales team to discuss synergy, especially in resort and hospitality projects. The pipeline includes Melia and a potential expansion into the U.S. market.
- HexagonCup: Hosted by the founder at their Madrid event. We aim to become the travel partner next year and for their upcoming global tournaments.
- Premier Padel: Currently negotiating contract renewal for 2025 and pushing to be integrated into their main ticket purchase funnel with our hospitality products. Discussions ongoing for events in Malaga, Madrid, Barcelona, Miami, Paris, Mexico, and Milan.
Business Progress
- Gazzetta dello Sport Partnership: We have signed and are ready to launch a white-label portal for selling padel travel experiences via Weebora. - Affiliate Program Launch: We are preparing a commission-based affiliate program for clubs, coaches, influencers, and ambassadors. Once live, we will seek your support in recruiting the first ambassadors.
